Guarantee:

- Fixed dental prostheses (bridges, crowns, leads)	5 years
- Partial prostheses	5 years
- Implants	5 years
- Complete prostheses	5 years

Not covered under the guarantee are:
Works that are to be regarded as after-treatment, for example: removing sutures after surgery or the lining of a prosthesis. In case of temporary solutions no warranty claims can be submitted.

Scope of guarantee:
- dental treatment and prosthodontics
- possibility of assuming travel expenses (after consultation with Swiss Med)

Conditions which can reduce or void guarantees:

-neglected oral hygiene
-non-observance of dentist's instructions
-natural degradation in the periodontium and the jawbone, respectively
-not treated malfunctions of the mandibular joint
-considerable weight gains or losses within a short period of time
- in cases when general illnesses can have adverse effects on the masticatory system (illnesses such as diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, condition after radiotherapy or cytostatic treatments)
-non-observance of the necessary routine examination periods (annually)
-for temporary solutions we cannot assume any guarantee
-after-treatments, such as the removal of the sutures after surgery or grounding of a prosthesis, are not covered under the guarantee

Validating your guarantee
When submitting a warranty claim please contact and consult Swiss Med at first. Together with our dentists we decide whether an extensive remaking of the dental prosthesis is necessary, which would require the patient to make another trip to Hungary.
